CHALLENGE

Tiimo is a visual daily planning app designed to support neurodivergent individuals - including those with ADHD and autism - in managing routines, focus, and time. With a global audience and a subscription-driven business model, the app is available on both iOS and Android.
When Tiimo set out to sharpen the performance of its iOS growth engine, the team already had a solid acquisition foundation. They brought REPLUG in as a trusted partner to elevate tracking, attribution, and data clarity, areas that hadn’t been prioritized recently amid other roadmaps. The brief was clear: refine SKAN 4.0 configuration, enable seamless web-to-app attribution on Meta, and unify the AppsFlyer setup across channels.
Together, Tiimo and REPLUG co-piloted a focused technical upgrade that empowered the team to scale with confidence.

CONFIGURATION
We activated SKAN 4.0 inside Appsflyer’s Conversion Studio, mapping fine and coarse values to in-app events by user engagement levels. Postbacks were structured across all 3 activity windows, and lock windows were optimized - co-designed with Tiimo’s team - to support a subscription-driven model.
WEB-TO-APP META
TRACKING
Using Meta’s partner integration with Appsflyer, we enabled full web-to-app attribution—bypassing iOS privacy thresholds while improving campaign measurement. This allowed us to run Meta web-based iOS acquisition strategies with in-app event optimization enabled.
ATTRIBUTION HYGIENE ACROSS CHANNELS
We aligned all attribution windows to best practices (7d click / 1d view), standardized event naming, extended reattribution windows to 90 days, clarified the revenue events tracking, and configured missing SKAdNetwork schemas. All major channels and events were activated and validated in collaboration with Tiimo, aligning teams on a single source of truth.

Before the upgrade, CPAs on Meta were higher and fluctuated versus recent benchmarks. After enabling web-to-app tracking and optimizing event setup, the cost per trial start in the US dropped significantly, making Meta a reliable, scalable acquisition channel again.
CROSS-PLATFORM ATTRIBUTION RESTORED
As with many privacy-first iOS stacks, visibility had been limited: SKAN 4.0 wasn’t yet rolled out, and Meta web-to-app attribution wasn’t enabled. Within weeks, our joint setup delivered end-to-end visibility across Meta, SKAN 4.0, and AppsFlyer, giving Tiimo a durable foundation to optimize creative and spend.
